The Arizona Daily Sun is published seven days a week from a modern office and printing facility in west Flagstaff. We began as the weekly Coconino Sun in 1883 before converting to a daily newspaper and taking our current name in 1946. We have a circulation of 12,000 newspapers each weekday and Saturday, and up to 15,000 papers on Sunday. We have over 70 full-time employees and more than 200 carriers. We are part of Flagstaff Publishing Co., which includes Flagstaff Live! and Mountain Living magazine. Our corporate parent is Lee Enterprizes (PTZ/NYSE), with headquarters in Davenport, Iowa.
